Process
1.Pattern Creating
After we received a style pack, we created a base pattern by hand and paper. After that, we digitize the pattern and give details and seam allowance.
5. Sample
After pattern corrections, we cut and sew for the sample. On this stage customer must provide every trims that customer wants to put it on the garment.
2.1st Proto (Muslin)
Plotting the patterns and cut and sew with muslin to make 1st Proto. Customer can provide similar fabric as sample fabric to make 1st Proto.
6. Fitting
Customer picks up the sample and have fitting.
3. 1st Proto Fitting
Customers pick up 1st Proto(muslin, or similar fabric sample) and have a fitting. The customer makes fit comments based on fitting and
7. Duplicate
After fit approve, if Customer wants to make several same garment with different fabic, we will make duplicate.
4. Pattern Correction
Based on fit comments, we will do pattern corrections on the computer. After correction, we will create lining patterns if there is lining on that style.
8. Alteration
Before photo shoot and fashion show, we will alteration each garment as fit as models.
